tbh it’s insane how many people still think Trump cares about healthcare when he literally tried to repeal the ACA like 70 times and that would’ve left 20 million people without coverage, plus his admin was all about cutting Medicaid which helps so many low-income families, like can we just appreciate how disconnected he is from reality?
