so here we are in 2026 and somehow we're still talking about trump's disastrous approach to healthcare like it's some kind of bad reality show that just won't get canceled, from his attempts to dismantle the Affordable Care Act to his baffling obsession with drug prices which he clearly thinks are just for show like that pin of himself he wears, it's like he believes if he wears enough gold and makes enough promises that somehow people will forget that millions of Americans are still struggling to afford their medications or get the care they need and let's not even get started on the social safety net which he seems to think is just an optional extra rather than a lifeline for so many families, meanwhile medicare is under constant threat while he distracts us with his latest tweet about how great he is, and honestly how old is melania trump anyway because at this point she should be running a support group for people who have to deal with his antics, it's time for him to go and let someone who actually cares about the health and well-being of Americans take the reins instead of this circus act that just keeps going round and round
