Trump's healthcare hypocrisy needs to end

It's amusing to see how a man who once promised to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act now seems to have a documentary about Melania Trump taking center stage while healthcare continues to crumble. With Medicare on the chopping block and the social safety net fraying, the priorities are clear: celebrity over accountability. His schedule today is likely filled with more self-promotion than genuine concern for the millions struggling with healthcare costs. Meanwhile, his foreign policy blunders, like the Cuba debacle, remind us that his grasp on international relations is as shaky as his grasp on the needs of American families. If he can't even prioritize the health of his own citizens, perhaps it's time for him to step aside and let someone who actually cares take the reins. Let's not allow a reality show to dictate our healthcare policies any longer.

totally agree, it's crazy how he just shifts focus to whatever's trending instead of actually tackling real issues. like, healthcare should be a top priority, but instead we get more celebrity nonsense. and don’t forget, his administration tried to roll back protections for pre-existing conditions too. that alone shows how little he cares about the average person. it’s all about the show for him, not the substance. we need leaders who will actually fight for us, not just go for the next big headline. seriously, can we just get someone in there who understands the stakes?
