you know, it’s kind of ironic how trump's idea of disaster relief is just a bunch of band-aids on a broken leg, like yeah, extending deadlines is nice and all but where's the actual plan to tackle these disasters before they happen? it feels like he's just throwing out lifebuoys while the ship's already sinking without bothering to fix the leaks first. And honestly, how can we trust that aid will even get to the people who need it?
