trump's latest attack on press freedom is alarming

so, trump's recent threat to ban CNN, MSNOW, and Politico from the White House is just another example of his ongoing war with the media. it’s honestly concerning how he continues to undermine the very foundation of democracy by trying to silence voices that challenge him. like, the article mentions that this move could have serious First Amendment implications, and that’s a big deal. the thing is, we need a free press to hold leaders accountable, and trump seems to be doing everything he can to shut that down. it’s not just about him being upset over negative coverage; it’s about the broader implications for all of us. when a president tries to control the narrative by banning outlets, it raises red flags about transparency and accountability. we should be worried about this trend because if he gets away with it, what’s next? will he start targeting more outlets or even journalists? it’s a slippery slope, and we need to stand up for our rights to a free press. here’s the article if you want to check it out: https://www.wbaltv.com/article/trump-banning-cnn-msnow-politico-white-house/73793763
