Trump's triumphal arch plan raises serious concerns

So, Trump is at it again with this wild idea of a proposed triumphal arch that he claims will double as a military complex. Like, what even is that? This kind of rhetoric is not just bizarre, it’s downright alarming. We’ve seen how his foreign policy has been all over the place, and now he wants to mix celebration with militarization? It feels like a twisted blend of nationalism and militarism that undermines the very democratic values we should be upholding. The fact that he’s framing this as a ‘triumphal’ structure is just another example of his obsession with spectacle over substance. It’s like he’s trying to create a monument to himself while disregarding the real issues at hand. We need leaders who focus on diplomacy and building relationships rather than flexing military might. This plan just shows how out of touch he is with what America really needs. We should be investing in peace, not glorifying war. This matters because it reflects a dangerous trend where military power is prioritized over the welfare of our citizens and the health of our democracy. We deserve better than a leader who thinks a military complex is a fitting tribute to our nation.
