Megyn Kelly's take on Trump and fake news

so I just came across this post from Megyn Kelly talking about how there's supposedly zero defense for some NPR reporting, and it got me thinking about how Trump always seems to play the victim when the media calls him out for his actions, it's like he's got this playbook where he just flips the script and points fingers instead of owning up to anything. The article mentions how he should amend something, but honestly, the real issue isn’t just about a single statement or report, it’s about how this pattern of behavior undermines trust in the media and democracy as a whole. When leaders like Trump dismiss facts and push their own narrative, it creates this toxic environment where accountability goes out the window and the truth becomes a casualty in the political warzone. It’s like we’re stuck in this endless loop where he distracts us from real issues, like his legal troubles and the way he’s constantly undermining democratic norms. It’s frustrating because the more he does this, the harder it gets for people to focus on what really matters, and that’s the health of our democracy and the rule of law. We need to hold our leaders accountable, not let them spin their own tales while the rest of us are left picking up the pieces. :(
