so here we are again, another day another headline reminding us how Trump's name is still tied to controversy, even if he’s out of office, his words carry weight and this latest comment about Iran being able to 'take out' LA and San Diego is just plain reckless, it’s like he’s throwing gasoline on a fire that doesn’t need to be lit, and the White House is scrambling to say he was 'misunderstood' which honestly feels like a tired excuse at this point, how many times do we have to hear that he didn’t really mean what he said when his speeches are often so vague and meandering that you can drive a truck through the ambiguity, this kind of talk not only stirs up unnecessary panic but also undermines our national security by giving our enemies fodder to exploit, it’s like he’s playing a dangerous game of poker where the stakes are too high for such careless bluffs, and we all know that his style of communication has always been more about shock value than substance, this matters because words from a former president shouldn’t be taken lightly, especially when they can escalate tensions and create fear, we need leaders who unite and inspire rather than provoke and divide, and this is just another reminder of why we need to hold him accountable for his actions and words, even in the rearview mirror of his presidency. https://www.axios.com/2026/10/06/trump-iran-take-out-la-san-diego
