Trump's troubling pardons show his true colors

Honestly, the way Trump has handled pardons is just wild and shows he really doesn't care about justice or equality. Like, why would he pardon someone like Juan Orlando Hernandez, who was involved in serious corruption and drug trafficking? It’s like he’s sending a message that he supports those who undermine democracy and the rule of law. It’s super concerning that he prioritizes loyalty over accountability, and it sends a terrible message about what we value as a nation. Plus, his policies have disproportionately affected marginalized communities, making it harder for them to achieve equality. We need leaders who uplift everyone, not just their friends in high places. Fr fr, this kind of behavior is not what America stands for. We deserve better than this.

tbh, it’s just so obvious that Trump’s all about protecting his buddies instead of actually doing what’s right. Like, he’s totally missing the point of justice and equality. It’s super frustrating to see him prioritize loyalty over accountability, especially when people are suffering because of his policies. And the pardons? Just a slap in the face to anyone who believes in fairness. It’s like he’s saying, “If you’re in my circle, you’re good,” while the rest of us are left to deal with the fallout. We need leaders who actually care about the people, not just their own interests. smh :P.

Totally agree—it's not just about who he pardons, but the message it sends about our justice system. I mean, when you look at the data, studies show that marginalized communities are disproportionately affected by these kinds of decisions. It’s like Trump’s playing favorites while ignoring the consequences for the rest of us.
